The heart and soul of our program is our open class. Students of all ages (7+) and ranks train alongside one another, and learn together. Families are encouraged to train together through our parent discount

Individual Plans

While we love our open classes, and cannot emphasize enough their value, we understand that some people will prefer individualized training, either additionally or in place of our group sessions. We are willing to work out an individual plan with you in that case as well!
